Requirements/Statements to open a account:
- All new wholesale accounts MUST be either an online store w url, brick and mortar storefront, medical facility or a distributor.
- Minimum order of $300 (1st order only).
- Please provide a clear copy of your current and valid business License (if applicable).
- Please provide a clear copy of your state resale certificate (if applicable).
**NOTE: Sales Tax will be charged on all purchases until a valid resale certificate or other proof of exemption is received.
